01.Spiral cutterhead
Changing knife inserts are conveniently made without need of removing the cutterhead.
02.Conveyor belt tracking control
The conveyor belt tracking is pneumatically controlled to effectively prevent out-of-track.
03.Variable speed unit
The conveyor belt speed is controlled by a variable speed unit. Feed speed can be varied as desired to suit all types of workpiece material, assuring superior sanding quality.
04.Spiral cutterhead elevation (optional)
The spiral cutterhead can be raised or lowered by turning a handwheel. A graduated scale is provided to indicate the thickness adjustment.
05.Micro-computer control with digital readout
06.Insufficient pressure protection
In case insufficient working air pressure occurs, the machine brakes automatically for safety guard.
07.Feed controlled by frequency inverter (optional)
Used for adjusting the sanding belt speed. (use together with hollow shaft speed reducer)
